Combining Multiple Workflows

Project Health Dashboard
Combine RFI, submittal, and daily log data into a weekly health report:
"Create a weekly project health report that includes: open RFIs with average age, submittals pending approval, daily log summary of the week, and any items that are overdue. Send it every Friday at 4pm."
Escalation Workflow
Automatically escalate items that aren't resolved in time:

Tips for Better Prompts
Be Specific
Instead of "alert me about RFIs", say "alert me when RFIs are overdue by more than 3 days"
Include Timing
Specify when you want notifications: "every Monday at 8am" or "immediately when status changes"
Name Your Workflows
Give workflows descriptive names so you can easily manage them later
Start Simple
Begin with simple alerts, then build up to more complex multi-step workflows
